Simple simple simple!

Such a simple classic Mexican colorful dish. First, start with rice as the base, add shredded chicken, then add rinsed black beans and top with veggies such as fresh chopped tomatoes, chopped red onion, corn, avocado slices, cilantro, and lime. For the toppings, use pico de gallo, corn salsa, guacamole, or cheese.

To make the chicken for the dish, Season boneless chicken breasts (4 pieces of boneless chicken breasts)  with salt and pepper, garlic powder, oregano, and cumin and cook for 4 hours in the crock pot.

When the chicken is finished cooking, shred with a fork. Add it to the rice bowl along with the other ingredients listed above.
